The cabbage soup diet is one of the best diet you can use if you need to lose some extra pounds to fit in to a dress you want to wear for a special occasion, one that does not fit you perfectly. The diet is considered as an effective way to lose some 10 or more lbs in just a week’s time. How does it work? It’s actually pretty simple. There’s this cabbage soup that you have to consume everyday for seven days. Aside from that, there is a diet plan where you will be instructed to eat different kinds of foods along with the cabbage soup. In just 7 days, you will surely lose a lot of weight, specifically water weight. Personally, I like the diet because it’s generally healthy, because the diet is composed of fruits, vegetables, and sources of protein. The cabbage soup diet is definitely better than going on a crash diet.
